The Woodland Church Youth Studies were made complete with the decision of 3 students to unite with Christ and be baptized.
Nathan Waagen was baptized at camp meeting on Sabbath afternoon, June 23, at Camp Wakonda.
On July 7, (2012) Nikki McCarthy and Aaron Johnson were baptized in Gabe Goia’s swimming in Janesville.
There were many church members in attendance. Pastor Jim Van Arsdale officiated on both occasions.
Perhaps there is no greater joy in the church than a soul choosing Christ. But with that joy there is also concern, knowing the evil agencies will redouble their efforts and look for openings in the prayer life of the newborns.
So keep these three precious young people in your prayers as they grow in Christ.
